How to connect customers, jobs, crews and invoices

Use customer contacts, jobs and tasks, crew rosters, field tracking and draft invoices in one space without adding tools you do not need.

A customer enquiry often becomes a job, a crew assignment, field work and an invoice. UNLISPACE lets a space owner connect those records in one workspace while buying only the business tools that help their actual day-to-day work.

Begin with the customer and the work

Customer contacts keeps a private customer record and follow-up details. Jobs & tasks records the work, due date and customer. When both tools are active for a space, select an existing customer while creating the job so the details stay connected. A small team can stop there and manage the work list manually.

In Studio you can enter each record yourself. Spacey can help create or edit contacts and jobs when the matching tools are active and you provide the facts. Ask it to review the customer list first if you are unsure which record to link; it cannot reach into another space to find one.

Add people and field coordination when needed

Crew rosters helps plan shifts with local time zones, breaks and availability. A job can reference a roster assignment when both tools are active. Fleet & crew tracker supports dispatched field work: a crew member chooses when to share location through a unique job link, while the owner can follow current progress. The job-linked conversation and status actions help the owner, crew and customer coordinate the visit. Share private links only with the intended people.

Spacey can help draft a roster and review field-job status, but it cannot invite a crew, begin location sharing, disclose tracking links or change a field-job status. Those actions stay in the hands of the people doing the work.

Close the commercial loop

Quotes & invoices lets the owner create branded draft documents with line items, currency, dates, customer and optional job links. Add your business logo through the Studio form. Spacey can help prepare or edit a draft from the facts you give it, but it cannot send the document or collect payment. Review quantities, tax labels, local requirements and recipient details before you issue anything.

For a full field-service workflow, the connected set is Customer contacts + Jobs & tasks + Crew rosters + Fleet & crew tracker + Quotes & invoices. They are also available separately. The live Business Tools catalog shows current pricing and which tools are active for each space. An unpaid or disabled tool is not available for new work through Spacey.

A sensible first run

  1. Add a real customer contact with permission to keep their details.
  2. Create a job for that customer and set the due date.
  3. Assign an available crew shift if you use rosters.
  4. Dispatch and share the correct field links only when needed.
  5. Review the completed job and prepare a draft invoice for the customer.

Try the sequence with your own team before using it for a live customer. The field-work guide goes deeper into assignments, live progress and rescheduling.

Build your own workflow.

Add only the tools your space needs. Use Studio directly, or give Spacey a specific task and check each result as it appears.
