A useful website helps visitors see your work, understand the details and decide what to do next. Start with the components that answer their questions. Add more when you have useful content for them.
Two easy ways to configure a section
- In Studio: open Your content, choose the section’s optional component and add entries. Only the fields relevant to that component are shown. Changes save as you go; preview before publishing.
- With Spacey AI: choose your space and describe the change in ordinary language. For example: “Add a photo gallery for my recent pottery work.” Supply real details, review proposed changes and follow the upload prompts yourself.
- Check the visitor view: choose your palette and layout, review on a narrow screen, check captions and links, then decide when to publish. Components follow your space’s colours and responsive layout.
What do Free and Pro include?
Free includes five optional components per space, with one instance of each type. The entry limits below apply to each collection. Pro includes unlimited components, instances, sections and entries. Existing content is preserved when a plan ends; Free limits apply to growth. Media validation and security rules still apply.
Free uses an image cover. Video covers are Pro only, with an image retained as the poster and sharing image. Video uses native controls and does not autoplay. Spacey AI credits are a separate allowance on both plans: unlimited components does not mean unlimited AI requests. See current Free and Pro pricing for credits and subscription terms.

Start with a page people can use
A café might begin with a menu, opening hours and a public location. A designer might choose a project gallery, before-and-after images and an enquiry section. A community organiser might need events, practical information and questions and answers. These are suggestions, not pre-filled claims about your work.
Use descriptive headings, useful captions and the words your visitors naturally use for your service. Search engines and AI tools can interpret clear public text, but no component guarantees indexing, rankings or recommendations. Keep private details private and publish only content you are authorised to share.
