1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using UNLISPACE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. What UNLISPACE is

UNLISPACE is a platform where people can browse listings for free and, when signed in, create listings, comment, and send direct messages. Over time, UNLISPACE may also support sponsored ads, boosted listings, subscriptions, business profiles, and payment features.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You may browse public content without signing in. To post a listing, comment, or send direct messages, you must sign in with Google.

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account. You must use accurate information and must not impersonate another person, business, or organisation.

4. No password storage

UNLISPACE uses Google sign-in for authentication. UNLISPACE does not store your Google password.

5. Free browsing and platform features

Browsing listings on UNLISPACE is free. Certain interactive features require sign-in. Additional paid or promotional features may be introduced in future, including:

boosting posts with a fixed budget;

monthly subscription plans for promoted visibility;

business profiles with custom branding;

payment acceptance through Stripe or other payment providers.

6. User content

You are responsible for the listings, photos, comments, messages, profile information, branding assets, and other content you submit to UNLISPACE.

By posting content, you confirm that:

you own it or have the right to use it;

it does not infringe another person’s rights;

it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Licence to use content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By submitting content to UNLISPACE, you give UNLISPACE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the platform.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not use UNLISPACE to:

post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content;

harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate others;

post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or obscene material;

distribute spam, malware, scraping tools, or disruptive software;

interfere with platform security, access controls, or system integrity;

use the service for unlawful or unauthorised commercial conduct.

9. Listings, comments, and direct messages

Listings, comments, and direct messages are user-generated. UNLISPACE does not guarantee the truth, quality, legality, safety, or availability of content posted by users.

Direct messages are provided as a communication feature. Users are responsible for how they interact with one another. You should use common sense and take care before entering into transactions, sharing information, or meeting anyone offline.

10. Sponsors and advertising

UNLISPACE may display ads, sponsored placements, promoted content, or other advertising material from sponsors or platform partners. The presence of ads or sponsored content does not mean UNLISPACE endorses those products, services, businesses, or claims unless expressly stated.

11. Future payments and transaction fees

In future, users may be able to accept payments through Stripe or another payment provider. If those features are introduced:

payments may be processed by a third-party provider;

UNLISPACE may charge a small transaction fee;

separate commercial, payout, billing, or processor terms may apply;

you are responsible for complying with tax, consumer, financial, and business obligations relevant to your activity.

12. Boosted posts and subscriptions

UNLISPACE may introduce paid promotional features including fixed-budget boosts and monthly subscription plans. If introduced, additional pricing, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms may apply to those features.

13. Business profiles

Businesses may in future be able to create their own branded profiles on UNLISPACE. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of their branding, descriptions, logos, representations, offers, and public claims.

14. Platform moderation and enforcement

UNLISPACE may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or take other moderation action where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate complaints, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

15. Availability of the service

We may change, suspend, update, limit, or discontinue any part of UNLISPACE at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any particular feature or content.

16. Disclaimers

UNLISPACE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, users are trustworthy, messages will be delivered, or transactions will succeed.

You use the platform at your own risk.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNLISPACE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-based damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, user content, communications, transactions, or inability to use the service.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNLISPACE and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your conduct, your use of the platform, or your breach of these Terms.

19. Intellectual property

The UNLISPACE platform, branding, visual identity, software, design, and original site content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly allowed, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit them without permission.

20. Termination

You may stop using UNLISPACE at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time where reasonably necessary, including for policy breaches, misuse, legal risk, fraud prevention, or platform protection.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the platform. Continued use of UNLISPACE after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
