These terms describe the rules for UNLISPACE at unlispace.com, operated under the UNLISPACE name (the “operator”, “we” or “us”). Contact info@unlispace.com with questions, complaints, privacy requests or account concerns. Read these terms alongside the privacy notice and community guidelines. Referral participants expressly accept these terms when enrolling.

1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 to join the referral program and legally able to enter an agreement. For other platform use, you must meet applicable age requirements and, where required, have a parent or guardian’s permission. Give accurate account information, use your own authorised Google account, protect access to it and promptly report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive accounts or bypass restrictions. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
2. Your spaces and content
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, display and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate the service, and to create technical copies, thumbnails and backups. This licence does not transfer ownership and ends when content is removed, except for necessary backups, legal retention and copies already shared by others.
You are responsible for your content, permissions, factual claims, links and business offers. Review AI-assisted drafts before publishing. Public spaces and posts can be indexed or copied by third parties. Media access follows its publication and ownership rules. Posts documents require sign-in; text contact masking does not inspect text or speech inside media. Check every upload before publishing and do not publish confidential material. We do not endorse a user’s services or claims merely by hosting them.
Posts and post promotions
Posts is free to browse and free for signed-in users to participate. Each account can publish one post every 24 hours across industries. Posts and comments can be edited for 24 hours and taken down later. Taking down a post removes related comments, reactions, space shares and attachment access on UNLISPACE; it cannot recall external copies.
Post boosts are optional, one-time USD 10–10,000 promotions for 30 days from verified Stripe payment, subject to content review. They buy labelled rotating placements, with no guaranteed reach, clicks, business or earnings and no creator reward pool. Editing pauses placements until the current revision is approved. Voluntary takedown does not refund a paid boost or extend its window. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Payments disputed or refunded through the payment provider pause promotion. Post boost payment remains user-controlled in hosted checkout.
Posts reviews and feedback
Reviews are for genuine prior interactions between users on UNLISPACE. To submit one, you must have previously left a text comment on the author’s available posts, or exchanged private messages with them where both participants sent messages. Reactions, likes, shares, an empty conversation or a one-way message alone do not qualify. These checks establish prior platform activity, not a verified purchase or a guarantee that an experience was genuine. Describe only your own honest experience; do not manufacture comments or messages to unlock reviews.
You may leave one 1–5 star review per author, with optional text. The author may respond once and cannot independently delete your review. You may remove your review and its response, but cannot then review that author again. A source post taken down or an inactive author or reviewer hides the related review and its contribution to the rating. Negative opinions are welcome when honest and relevant. Fake reviews, coordinated ratings, harassment, threats, undisclosed conflicts, paid praise and retaliation are prohibited. Do not reveal private messages or personal information without permission.
Abuse may result in removal of abusive content, account suspension or permanent blocking. Credits or payouts attributable to fraud or review abuse may be withheld, reversed or forfeited to the extent permitted by law, following review of the evidence. This is not an automatic forfeiture of unrelated legitimate earnings or purchased credits, and does not limit non-excludable consumer rights. We will explain material action and allow a response where practical, under the moderation and complaints process below. Report concerns through Contact us; an unfavourable rating alone is not abuse.
Pornography and gambling are prohibited
You must not create, upload, publish, distribute, sell, advertise, solicit or link to pornographic content or sexual services on UNLISPACE. Pornographic content includes sexually explicit images, videos, audio, writing or other material intended for sexual gratification. Sexual exploitation and sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited.
You must not operate, promote, advertise, facilitate or link to gambling activities or services, including casinos, sports betting, lotteries, wagering money or anything of value on uncertain outcomes, gambling affiliate offers and services that arrange or process bets. These restrictions apply even where the activity is lawful, licensed or restricted to adults.
This policy applies throughout the platform, including public and private spaces, space names and descriptions, AI-assisted drafts, community posts, space updates, comments, reviews, attachments and links. Non-graphic health education, journalism, prevention, recovery and support discussions are permitted when they do not promote or facilitate prohibited activities. Games without wagering money or anything of value are permitted.
We use automated screening and human review to enforce this policy. Spacey must refuse prohibited creation and promotion requests. We may block a submission, hold attachments privately for review, remove content or restrict accounts. Do not disguise content or otherwise evade screening. Automated screening can make mistakes and does not guarantee that every violation will be detected. You may request review through the moderation and complaints process below.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, fraud, scams, harassment, hateful abuse, threats, impersonation, malware, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive health or financial claims, exposure of private information, spam or manipulation of engagement, referral or payment records. Do not scrape personal data, evade access controls or interfere with the platform. Clearly disclose advertising, sponsorships and referral commissions. Use the reporting tools or contact the operator to report concerns.
4. Services, purchases and third parties
UNLISPACE provides publishing, discovery, communications and related tools. Any paid product must state its price, currency, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation or refund conditions before purchase. These terms do not authorise undisclosed charges. A planned purchase, booking request, draft invoice or unpaid bill is not a completed payment.
Deals and bookings between space owners and their clients are their responsibility, including fulfilment, refunds, tax and consumer-law obligations. Client payments to those businesses are not eligible platform referral spend. Google, Hostinger, Wise and other external services have their own terms and availability requirements. The operator does not request your Google or Wise password, card number or verification codes.
The UNLISPACE Shop
The collection at the UNLISPACE Shop is sold by UNLISPACE. Prices are in USD. Delivery costs and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Availability depends on the items and destination; international delivery does not mean every country is supported. Items are made to order and may arrive in separate parcels. Review your sizes and delivery details carefully. Changes or cancellation may not be possible once production starts. Contact UNLISPACE promptly about damage, defects, misprints or an incorrect order, and before sending a return. Shop policies do not limit statutory consumer rights or applicable cancellation rights.
5. Privacy and communications
The privacy notice explains public content, private messages, session cookies, attribution, service providers and retention. Do not post bank or identity documents publicly. Payout verification is arranged privately by UNLISPACE using the payment provider’s required process; do not send passwords or verification codes. Marketing must follow applicable consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe rules. Service and payout administration messages are distinct from marketing consent.
6. Moderation, suspension and complaints
We may restrict content or account activity to address credible abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to respond, except where doing so would compromise safety, an investigation or a legal requirement. Contact info@unlispace.com to dispute a moderation decision or payment record. Include relevant record IDs and only the evidence necessary. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days; complex investigations may take longer with an explanation.
7. Availability and consumer rights
We use reasonable care in operating the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, audience growth, search rankings, AI citations, customer enquiries or earnings. Maintain your own copies of important content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, other users, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees, remedies or other statutory rights, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. No limitation applies where the law prohibits it.
8. Referral program
8.1 Join for free with a published space
An active user with at least one genuinely published space may enrol by expressly accepting the referral terms. Membership is free; no purchase, joining fee or subscription is required. Keep at least one space published to earn new commissions. A suspended membership cannot generate new invitations, accrue new commissions or schedule payouts while its review is unresolved. Legitimate accrued records are preserved. Participation and manual payouts are subject to lawful availability, supported Wise destinations and any required recipient verification. A recipient Stripe account is not required.
8.2 A direct, new-account referral
Use your unique UNLISPACE invitation link. A new user must voluntarily choose referral attribution and acknowledge the platform terms and privacy notice before creating their account. The choice is held for up to 30 days in that browser’s session and can be lost if the session ends. A later explicit invitation choice replaces an earlier choice before signup. Successful new-account attribution is then fixed to one referrer for the life of that account; existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts and retroactive claims do not qualify. Cross-device or untracked signups are not automatically attributed. Contact the operator promptly if you believe a technical error occurred; claims require evidence and cannot displace another valid attribution.
8.3 Lifetime 10%, anchored to actual spend
For each valid direct referral, the commission rate is 10% of eligible net spend actually paid to and received by UNLISPACE while your membership is active and you maintain a published space. “Lifetime” means the life of the referred account while this program operates and these eligibility conditions are met; it does not guarantee income, perpetual program availability or payouts after the account closes. No second-level or downstream recruitment commissions exist.
Eligible spend is actual platform-product payment value after discounts and excluding taxes, refunded or charged-back amounts, disputed or fraudulent charges, free credits, test transactions, unpaid invoices, reserved creator reward pools and money paid to independent space owners. Stripe-verified boost promotion purchases are recorded automatically; the separately reserved creator pool does not earn referral commission. Products without an integrated verified billing feed do not create automatic commission. USD is the ledger and payout currency. Non-USD purchases qualify only when a documented actual USD settlement value is available; hypothetical exchange rates cannot create commission.
Commission is calculated in integer USD cents, rounded down to the nearest cent per original invoice’s cumulative net eligible spend. Partial refunds recalculate that invoice’s net commission; a full refund reverses it entirely. Commissions accrue as pending and become approved only after the completed month’s settlement, refund and dispute review. Refunds or chargebacks after approval or payout are recorded as adjustments and may offset future earnings; any disputed recovery request will be explained and remains subject to applicable law.
8.4 Minimum and monthly timing
The minimum payout is USD 25 of approved, unreserved commission after adjustments. Smaller legitimate approved balances carry forward; they are not forfeited merely for failing to reach the threshold in a month. The operator targets eligible monthly payouts by the 15th of the following month, using UTC calendar months. Verification issues, unresolved disputes, missing or invalid recipient details or transfer-service restrictions can delay payment. Your dashboard distinguishes pending, approved, scheduled and confirmed paid amounts. A target or scheduled date is not proof that funds have arrived.
UNLISPACE currently reviews, schedules and issues commission payments manually through Wise. Automatic recipient payouts and Stripe Connect onboarding are disabled. The operator arranges necessary recipient verification and supported payment details privately before issuing payment. A recipient Stripe account is not required. Wise destination, currency and legal restrictions still apply; worldwide payout availability is not promised. UNLISPACE absorbs sender-side transfer costs without reducing the stated USD commission. Recipient conversion, bank or intermediary fees and arrival timing depend on Wise and the receiving account. Participants are responsible for their tax reporting.
The operator’s Wise invitation link is optional. The operator may receive a benefit from Wise if you use it. You do not have to use that link, open an account through it or buy anything from Wise to earn UNLISPACE commission. A manual payout is marked paid only after an authorised administrator verifies the completed provider payment and records its reference. Scheduling or initiating a transfer is not completion, and a ledger entry is not an independent guarantee of bank arrival. Earlier Stripe records, if any, are retained separately for reconciliation.
8.5 Honest recommendations, no spam
Recommend UNLISPACE accurately and only where it is relevant. Prominently disclose that you may receive a commission near each referral recommendation. Do not claim guaranteed, typical or easy income, employment, investment returns or results that cannot be substantiated. Calculators and examples are hypothetical arithmetic, not forecasts or promises.
Do not send unsolicited commercial email, SMS or direct messages, use scraped or purchased contact lists, bots, fake accounts, forced signups, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, self-referrals or incentives designed to fabricate spend. Obtain lawful consent before electronic marketing, identify yourself and provide an effective way to unsubscribe where required. Respect requests to stop. A message asking for marketing consent can itself be marketing; it is not a workaround. Do not impersonate UNLISPACE, use deceptive domains, bid on the UNLISPACE brand in paid search or imply an official partnership without written permission.
8.6 Privacy, review and disputes
Referrers see anonymous account reference IDs, signup dates and monthly eligible-spend and commission totals, not referred users’ names, email addresses, messages, card details or itemised private purchases. The referred user acknowledges that reporting before choosing attribution. Authorised platform administrators can review attribution, external payment evidence and payout records to operate the program and investigate disputes. These records are not publicly accessible.
Duplicate external references are rejected. Reviews may pause suspicious attribution or payments; signups alone never earn a commission. Genuine accrued commission is not forfeited arbitrarily. Contact info@unlispace.com with referral, invoice or payout record IDs if a record is missing or wrong. We will explain adjustments and allow relevant evidence to be provided.
8.7 Changes and closure
Material changes will be communicated to affected participants at least 30 days before taking effect where practical, except for urgent legal or security requirements. Valid commission already earned will not be reduced retroactively merely because terms change. If the program closes, the operator will notify participants and arrange settlement of legitimate approved accrued balances, including a final balance below USD 25, subject to required verification and lawful transfer availability. Closure balances below the standard threshold require a separately documented final settlement; regular payout administration does not bypass its minimum. Nothing permits arbitrary confiscation of earned funds.
9. Boost funding and creator sharing campaigns
Sponsors submit their own published space or post for content review before paying through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The promotion budget and creator traffic reward pool are separately quoted in USD; the one-time total is their sum. Each component must be between USD 10 and USD 10,000. No automatic renewal is created. UNLISPACE absorbs Stripe processing costs without reducing the reserved creator pool.
Verified successful payment activates an approved campaign for 30 days. Sponsored placements rotate on the homepage, discovery pages and public space pages; available positions are shared and do not guarantee impressions, visits, sales, ranking or creator earnings. Unpublished or restricted spaces cannot receive placements. A creator badge indicates an active funded pool; creators must be approved and use their unique tracked link with clear advertising disclosure.
Creator allocation uses the full reserved pool multiplied by each creator’s approved eligible visits divided by the campaign’s total approved eligible visits, with cent rounding that never exceeds the pool. Candidate traffic is provisional until independently reviewed. Bots, self-visits, duplicate campaign visits, fabricated or incentivised clicks and spam are excluded. Visitors must use an active Google-verified account established for at least 24 hours, complete at least 30 seconds of paced viewing and pass server-verified Turnstile. Self-visits, repeated account visits and same-network visits beyond the daily campaign limit are excluded. Anonymous visits do not qualify. A 24-hour candidate hold and a 7-day post-campaign hold apply before automatic allocation; shared networks may produce false positives. Appeals can be raised with support. No bot filter guarantees perfect detection. Traffic rewards and their manual payment history are tracked separately from account referral commissions. The reserved creator pool is excluded from referral-eligible spend; only the promotion purchase value qualifies.
Contact info@unlispace.com with a campaign ID for cancellation, non-delivery or refund requests. Proposals rejected before funding do not charge you. If a funded campaign cannot run, undelivered promotion and unallocated creator funds will be reviewed for refund; consumer remedies are preserved. When a campaign closes with no approved eligible visits, its full unallocated creator pool is automatically queued for refund to the original payment method. Pending or failed refunds remain visible and require reconciliation rather than being marked complete. Other refund requests are reviewed against delivered promotion, earned creator rewards and applicable consumer rights, then processed in Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds or disputes pause placements and block further reward allocation and transfers pending resolution; referral commissions are adjusted proportionally and fully reversed on a full reversal. Legitimate creator rewards already earned must be reviewed fairly and will not be arbitrarily forfeited.
UNLISPACE stores payment IDs, amounts and status, not card numbers or bank credentials. Stripe’s own privacy practices apply at Checkout. Successful payment is established by verified Stripe notifications and API reconciliation, never by a browser return URL. Records retain payment, review and reward evidence for reconciliation and disputes.
The creator sharing program is separate from account referrals. Campaign rewards depend on an approved, funded campaign and reviewed eligible traffic under the creator program rules. A creator campaign visit does not itself create a referral account or a spending commission. No reach, virality or earnings are guaranteed.
10. Updates and applicable law
We will identify the effective date of updated terms and communicate material changes where appropriate. Applicable Australian law governs these terms to the extent lawful, without displacing mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Contact the operator first to seek a practical resolution; this does not limit your right to approach a regulator, tribunal or court with jurisdiction.
