1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how UNLISPACE collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you browse listings, sign in with Google, post listings, comment, send direct messages, view sponsored content, or use future platform features such as payments, promoted listings, subscriptions, and business profiles.

2. Browsing the platform

Browsing listings on UNLISPACE is free. You can view public listings without creating an account. When you browse, we may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, and usage patterns to help run, secure, and improve the platform.

3. Google sign-in

Google sign-in is required if you want to post a listing, add a comment, or send direct messages. When you sign in with Google, we may receive information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image, depending on what Google makes available through the sign-in process.

We use this information to create and manage your UNLISPACE account, identify you as the owner of your posts and comments, and support account-related features across the platform.

UNLISPACE does not store your Google password. Authentication is handled through Google. We only store the account data needed to operate your profile and platform activity.

4. Information we collect

Depending on how you use UNLISPACE, we may collect:

Account information: your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image.

Listing information: category, title, description, photos, pricing, location, availability, and any other content you choose to publish.

Comments and messages: content you submit through comments and direct messages.

Business profile information: if offered in future, business name, branding, logo, descriptive content, and other information you choose to provide.

Transaction information: if payments are enabled in future, we may receive payment-related metadata from Stripe or other processors, but we do not intend to store full card details ourselves.

Usage and device information: logs, browser details, activity data, and basic analytics.

5. How we use your information

We may use your information to:

create and manage your account;

display and manage listings you publish;

enable comments and direct messages;

operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform;

detect spam, abuse, fraud, and policy violations;

measure performance, usage, and platform engagement;

support future paid features such as boosted posts, subscriptions, and payment acceptance;

6. Comments and direct messages

If you are signed in, you may be able to comment on listings and send direct messages. Comments may be publicly visible on the platform. Direct messages are intended to be private between the participants involved, but they may still be accessed by UNLISPACE administrators where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, investigate abuse, respond to complaints, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Ads and sponsored content

UNLISPACE may display ads, sponsored listings, or sponsor-supported promotional content. These ads help support the platform. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing use. Some advertising and analytics technologies may still use cookies, similar technologies, or aggregated activity data to measure performance and relevance.

8. Future payments, boosted posts, and subscriptions

In future, users may be able to accept payments using Stripe, boost their posts with a fixed budget, or subscribe monthly for promotional features. If and when those features are introduced:

payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider;

UNLISPACE may charge a small transaction fee;

we may store limited transaction details such as payment status, fee amounts, timestamps, and related account metadata;

full payment card details are expected to be handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by UNLISPACE.

9. Business profiles

In future, businesses may be able to create public profiles with their own branding, logos, descriptions, and platform identity. Information included in those profiles will generally be public or visible to users of the platform, depending on how the feature is designed at the time.

10. Sharing of information

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may share information only where needed to operate the platform, such as with hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics services, payment processors, authentication providers, legal advisers, or law enforcement where required by law.

11. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations. Deleted content may remain in backups, logs, or archived systems for a limited period.

UNLISPACE does not store user passwords for Google sign-in accounts.

You can choose what listing information, comments, and profile details you post publicly.

You can contact us to request account-related updates or deletion, subject to legal, operational, or security requirements.

14. Children

UNLISPACE is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child inappropriately, we may remove it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the platform.
