How to use Spacey AI in your UNLISPACE workspace
Choose a space, ask Spacey to help with one task at a time, follow live workspace updates and keep control of every saved change.
Spacey is the AI assistant inside UNLISPACE. It can help you work in a space you own while showing each completed step in the workspace. You decide the task, supply the facts and review the result. Studio remains available whenever you prefer to do the work yourself.
Start with the right space
Sign in, open My spaces, and choose the space you want to work in. Open Ask Spacey and check the Working in selector before sending a request. To start a new private draft, choose New space draft. Spacey cannot read or change another owner’s space.
You can choose a suggested task or describe one in your own words. For example, “Help me improve the introduction for this space” or “Draft a quote for this customer and job.” Give Spacey the real names, dates, currency and amounts it needs. It should ask for missing facts rather than invent them.
Choose how much help you want
- Work manually: use the forms in Studio and save changes yourself.
- Use Spacey for a piece: ask it to review records or prepare a specific draft, then continue in Studio.
- Guide a full task: describe the outcome, follow the step-by-step progress, and check each saved result. Start another request if a task needs more steps.
Spacey’s task suggestions depend on what is available in the selected space. Business actions require the matching active tool; an unpaid or disabled tool is unavailable to the assistant as well as the owner. The Business Tools catalog shows the current options and prices.
Watch the workspace as changes happen
The Spacey panel records what it has done and links to the updated area. When it can safely do so, the workspace opens or refreshes the relevant Studio view. If you have unsaved editor changes, save them first and use the link in the step instead. The panel can sit beside the workspace on a larger screen; on a phone, work through one step at a time.
You can select Stop at any time. That prevents the next step; a step already saving may finish. Earlier saved steps stay in place, so read the progress log and review the workspace before starting again. Changes to an already published space can appear publicly as soon as they are saved.
Know which actions still belong to you
Spacey can help create a private draft space, edit an introduction or call to action, review records, and create or edit supported business drafts. It can also prepare a boost proposal for a published space. It does not publish a draft, buy or activate tools, send messages to customers, share a crew’s live location, collect payments or complete a Stripe checkout.
For a boost, Spacey shows the title, brief and both budgets for your review. Only you can accept the funding terms and submit the proposal, and only you can fund an approved campaign. The same principle applies throughout the workspace: the assistant can help with the work; you retain the decisions that affect your business and your customers.
Open your workspace, choose one space and ask Spacey to review its introduction. Check the result before asking it to change anything.
